W&D Finance Welcomes New Chair

W&D Finance has appointed Steve Coltman as Chair of the Board following his election at the recent Annual General Meeting. 

Steve brings strategic capability and extensive experience in the insurance sector. His background in risk, governance and commercial operations will support W&D Finance through its next phase of growth. 

Steve succeeds outgoing Chair Tim Bunning whose seven-year term saw investor funds and lending more than double. The Board thanks Tim for his contribution during this period. Tim will continue to serve on the Board as a Director.
