We recently had the privilege of assisting McCallum Disability Services in acquiring their very own food van. This exciting development comes as part of McCallum's collaboration with the Golden Nugget Bakery for a work experience project called "The Golden Opportunity," an integral component of their School Leavers Supports Program.

At W&D Finance, we take pride in supporting initiatives that foster inclusivity and empower individuals. The School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) program offered by McCallum provides tailored support for up to 2 years after completing year 12, helping young individuals prepare for the workforce and chart their path to meaningful employment. By offering a supportive environment, the SLES program ensures participants develop the necessary skills to not only succeed but also enjoy their job.

McCallum Disability Services is a beacon of excellence in providing disability support services in Western Victoria. Their Social Enterprise has grown significantly, now employing over 300 talented individuals with disabilities. We applaud McCallum's dedication to creating opportunities and enabling personal growth for its workforce.
